VRIN
I think my top resource would be my set of current employees. We are basically a family and have worked together for years. They would do anything to help me, in a personal matter, but also appreciate my bossing style and have told me before they want to follow me wherever I go. I take this for granted sometimes but this definitely valuable, rare, inimitable AND non-substitutable.

  1. I think that your biggest asset would be your relationships with executives in other large companies. You could definitely leverage your relationships with these peoplee in order to get more sales and have them try out your product to their own employees. If you are able to prove to them that you provide a value un like anything else, then you could really make some money.

  2. I agree that your greatest aspect is your current employees, although you do have other great resources to back your product nothing beats having a family to help build you up. Having a strong personal relationship with employees isn't something you can buy which is why its such a great asset to you.

  3. Your social capital is very diverse, and while I think your employees are important, they can't propel you as far forward in new industries as they are tied up with own careers. The people you know outside of the circles you usually work in have the ability to expose you to novel ideas, which I think may be as - if not more - important as an entrepreneur.
